Eligibility Rules
Applicant must be bonafied senior citizen of Assam.
Submission of two(2) published Book written by the the applicant himself/herself is mandatory.
How to apply
Intending Writters / Authors fulfilling the required criteria must apply online at https://directorateofhighereducation.assam.gov.in in between 13th September, 2022 to 30th September, 2022 15th October, 2022 and submit the printout copy of online application form along with 2(two) nos. published book and other supporting documents to the Office of the Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.
